Goods receipt

Quantities and batches in the goods receipt inspection are synchronised with the aid of shipping documents.

The goods are then placed into storage in accordance with customer specifications and in strict compliance with the legal guidelines.

Order taking

In order to guarantee the smoothest possible organisation of the order processing for our customers, we offer order taking both by telephone and fax as well as via email and Internet.

As a user of our customer order system, you can record the order in your own inventory control system and transfer it to us via interface. We can also set up a customised order hotline for you. In all cases of order taking, we guarantee that the order will be processed within 24 hours, and on the day of order receipt if necessary.

Filling

We will provide you with efficient support when providing your customers with reliable samples and enable you to process small or the smallest orders. In accordance with your requirements, we fill solid or liquid substances in any type of cask of your choice.

Furthermore, we will arrange for the production of required mixtures or the addition of additives required for dying, for example. Together with the customer, we design the labelling and packaging for all products and implement them individually in compliance with all relevant, legal requirements and your corporate identity.

Documentation

We will prepare all necessary documents in accordance with the legal requirements including the accompanying documents for hazardous goods shipments such as IATA and IMO declarations. All necessary customs documents and pro-forma invoices are routinely enclosed with the shipments.

We administer product-specific documents such as safety data sheets, technical data sheets and analysis certificates on your behalf and enclose them with the shipment depending on requirements.

Upon request, we will use your own shipping documents and labels, the name ENORICA will not appear to the customer.

Packaging and shipment

We package your products on the basis of product-specific guidelines, legal requirements and your customised guidelines. Upon request, we also used printed package tape in accordance with your requirements.

The goods leave our warehouse no later than 24 hours after the incoming order has been received. We will undertake global shipment on your behalf, both by courier and by air cargo. We will carry out each stage of transportation while observing the legal guidelines. After successful transfer to the carrier, you will be notified about the status of your delivery via email.

With the aid of shipment tracking in the Internet, you can identify the status of your shipment at any time (Track&Trace). Upon request, we will also notify the consignee after the consignment has been shipped.

Reporting

After the shipment has been successfully completed, you will receive a report compiled according to your requirements.

For example, this report offers the latest inventory management and statistical support concerning the consigned shipments.
